I had some great customer service by the Kugel at the window! She was extremely patient with me. There was a long line behind me during the recent power outage! I went through the drive-thru. The lobby inside was jammed with people as well, the workers maintained the fort The food was hot and fresh! Thank you for your service!

Listen if you want a consistently good pizza at a low price this is the place. Most of the staff is very friendly. Management can be more hospitable, but not rude just curt. That would be my only critique overall

Today me and my brother can in after a long wait at the marketplace location. We were taken care of at the South Mason location by Mr.Christian and Ms.Bridgette. Atmosphere was very friendly and the customer service was on point! It’s lovely to go places these days where people love what they do and are considerate and kind to others! Thanks guy!!! My Wife and I worked late today and showed up 10 minutes before close to get dinner for our family. We were still greeted with a smile and great service. Thank you for that. There aren't very many places that give good customer service anymore. We will be back!!

The pizza at this location is always fully cooked, unlike some others we used to visit. They're short-staffed so you may have to get your order from the window. Be patient, they get your car order right and that's worth a few more minutes!
